About Laura

Spirit-led from birth. Ive spent my life bridging the gap between our world and the divine. I am Irish Shamanic Practitioner, Cacao Guardian and a Guardian of the land.

Recently my path led me to the sacred lands of Egypt awakening a new depth of my work. Now as a Conscious Connected Breathwork Facilitator, I merged from ancient temples with wisdom and the power of the breath to expand our consciousness and to connect with body, mind and soul.
